Family company Küzma Cooperage

We are at home in Gančani, which has always been known as the village of coopers, as there were 12 coopers registered here. On our homestead, we are the only ones remaining with a registered cooperage craft.

We manufacture:

  • Barrels (round and oval) of various sizes
  • Barrique barrels
  • Balsamic vinegar barrels
  • Tanks / vats
  • Various casks (for sauerkraut, for biodynamics, flowers…)
  • Wooden containers (hot tubs)
  • Kegs
  • Buckets for wells and transporting water
  • Wooden stands for barrels

We are among the few coopers who restore and repair old barrels.
